I authorize Governmental Employees Credit Union (G.E.C.U.) to initiate Direct Transfer withdrawals from the account listed above, and if necessary, adjustments for any entries that occurred in error. I am aware, as the “Originator” on this agreement, that I must notify the “Originating Depository Financial Institution” (G.E.C.U.) of any changes or any termination of pre-authorized payment/deposit in writing 5 days prior to the transaction date. G.E.C.U. may discontinue Direct Transfer Service if two or more transfers cannot be processed due to insufficient funds. I authorize G.E.C.U. to change this amount if the required monthly payment changes due to changes in the loan payment or required escrow payment.
